What counts as a message?+
One AI reply, in chat or email. There are no credits and no model multipliers. Crawling, navigation and human replies are free.
What happens when I reach my limit?+
You can follow usage live on your Billing page. When the quota runs out, the agent stops sending AI replies until the next period, so there's no surprise bill. Pro continues at $0.015 per extra message, and Growth can add message packs.
Will Buddy send emails without my approval?+
Not by default. New mailboxes start in draft-only mode, so replies wait in your inbox for you to review. Auto-send is opt-in, and only fires for categories you allow, above the confidence threshold you set, and never on an upset customer.
Do you train AI models on my data?+
No. Your content and conversations are only used to answer your customers. They're never used to train shared models.
Which languages does it support?+
Visitors can write in their own language and Buddy answers in it, even if your content is in English.
Can it hand conversations to a human?+
Yes. Visitors can ask for a person at any time, and the agent hands off on its own when it isn't confident. Your team replies from the inbox.
Is there a free trial?+
